Cu Rod

Our rods are finished by cold drawing a hot extruded material or with no drawing and just extruded rod. In cross sections, 3types, round, hexagonal or rectangular, in material of TPC, OFC and OFC for electron tube are produced. Other than this, AgTPC, AgOFC are produced having high heat/softening resistance and creep property.

Standard length of Cu rod is 4000mm, it can be in a coil form under Φ18mm.
Diameters over the JIS standard(JIS H3250) can also be arranged.

  1. If the tolerance is applied only to the + or – side, the applied tolerance will be X2 of the above values.
  2. Diameter or distance to the counter side is larger than the above, above tolerances will not be applied.
